Can i take more photos with my cell phone?
We understand the desire to capture extra moments, but we kindly ask that you do not use personal cell phones or cameras during your sitting.

How many people can i have in the photo?
To ensure everyone fits comfortably in the frame with Santa and to keep the line moving efficiently, we suggest limiting the number of people in a single photograph to a maximum of 5 to 7 people.
Are pets allowed to be in the photo?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted to be included in the photos with Santa.

will i have time and space to get my child ready for the photo?
To keep the line moving efficiently, we have limited space for preparation right next to Santa.
We strongly recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your specified time slot with your child fully prepared. This means coats off, hair done, and any outfits adjusted before you enter the line. Being prepared helps ensure your sitting is quick, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone!

what if I miss my appointment?
We understand that delays happen, especially during the busy holiday season. However, because our time slots are fully booked to accommodate a high volume of families, it is very difficult to fit in extra people in other time slots.
If you are late, we will always try our best to "squeeze you in" during a quick gap or a brief lull, but we cannot guarantee a sitting, and you may face an extended wait. To ensure you don't miss out, please plan to arrive for your scheduled time!
